Practitioners of Falung Gong or Falun Dafa, a spiritual practice originating in China in 1992, meditate together at Trocadero in Paris. The practice was “banned” in China in 1999 after over 10,000 followers silently protested in front of the Chinese Communist Party headquarters. Since then, there have been numerous gruesome reports of organ harvesting, torture and execution of Falun Gong practitioners. It’s common to come across their group meditations in cities around the world. Photo by Daniel
