Paris Plage begins July 21st, the annual transformation of the banks of the Seine River into beaches that will host events until the end of August. The idea originated as a way to bring the seaside resort into town, for the poor Parisians who weren’t able to leave they city in August. It’s a fun opportunity for photographers.
