Notice to Political Waves Readers WE ARE in the process of moving our free, all-politics list off of Yahoo! Groups and onto Google Groups. Yahoo! has just been spazzing out way too much the past few months for our sanity, and we've reached the limit (spoiled as we are at Planet Waves on technology that actually works).
