Overnight, Tuesday-Wednesday, Sept. 6-7 Well, another restless night. It's 3:30 a.m. in Paris and after a look at CNN.com -- this whole thing is still so surreal -- I've been perusing the Political Waves list, a project of Planet Waves run by Jude.
